Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Carlisle, PA to develop and grow the relationship with one of Schneider’s customers. The Customer Operations Manager will be located on-site at a customer location and will lead a team that is accountable for the execution of the customer’s business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the overall customer experience, which includes service, engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business and value add
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for both Schneider and the customer
- Seek opportunities to expand the customer account
- Develop an understanding of the customer’s supply chain in order to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities that would provide value to the customer
- Travel required: 20-30%
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or minimum of four years of relevant work experience
- Have strong written and oral communication skills
- Have a desire for innovation
- Able to set a clear direction for associates
- Can leverage the ideas of a variety of perspectives
