Many of them rode there on Schneider trucks, and our drivers can’t do it all on their own – that's where our Customer Service associates come in. Our Customer Service teams work closely with customers, drivers and other areas of the business to help ensure needs are being met, from order placement all the way up to delivery.

You will take complete ownership of customers’ freight by creating and tracking orders, anticipating challenges and providing creative solutions to exceed customer expectations. Support Shift Representative
As a member of our Support Shift team, you will be accountable for managing customer relationships during our second- and third-shift hours and on the weekends. Equipment Coordinator
