Compliance Specialist
Are you both detail-oriented and people-oriented? If so, our Compliance Specialist role may be the right fit for you. As a Compliance Specialist, you will lead our unemployment, e-verify and government programs. This role requires you to have strong organization and customer service skills when processing claims and documentation for Schneider associates.
Human Resources Driver Recruiter
A big part of running a nationwide fleet is making sure you have the talent to keep the wheels turning. As a Human Resources Driver Recruiter, you will be tasked with selling driving opportunities to prospective drivers or owner-operators and utilizing technology to engage potential candidates, interview prospects and make hiring decisions. Remote work opportunities are available for some Driver Field Recruiter positions in select parts of the country.

Our Corporate Recruiters play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. As a Recruiter, you will execute full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, partner with the hiring leaders, facilitate interviews and oversee candidate consensus. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be engaged with market conditions, take creative approaches in attracting candidates and execute targeted marketing strategies to find the best talent out there.
Benefits Analyst
Schneider's Benefit Analysts oversee and implement health, wellness and retirement benefits for the entire company. In this role, you will analyze existing benefit plans and ensure Schneider's offerings are competitive and follow industry best practices. You will also stay connected to industry trends, new programs and legal changes, as well as maintain vendor partnerships, oversee enrollment and provide direction to our associates.
