Sales Team Assistant

Schneider’s Sales Team Assistant works alongside the Inside Seller Account Team and assists with tracking freight, setting appointments and other basic duties. You will have the opportunity to develop working relationships in the field and learn the industry while earning a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions.

Graphic Designer

Our Graphic Designers create captivating visuals for multiple platforms, including print, direct mail, trade publications, interactive media, digital media, social media and video production. You will use your creative vision and project management skills to create imagery that distinguishes the Schneider brand and promotes our many lines of service.

Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will develop opportunities for the New Business Development team through the pursuit of prospective clients and qualification of leads. Additionally, you will provide potential customers with an in-depth introduction to Schneider’s portfolio of services and be responsible for transitioning qualified clients to the appropriate New Business Development Director.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the development of marketing and communication efforts for the company. You will manage Schneider’s brand identity by developing and implementing service-related materials, direct marketing processes, campaigns and content for the purpose of attracting and retaining customers across the enterprise.

Digital Marketing Analyst

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will design, create, innovate and deliver web-marketing programs to support Schneider’s commercial service offerings or recruitment efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external resources. In this multi-faceted role, you will execute a wide variety of marketing programs and initiatives to increase website traffic, lead generation, brand and thought leadership activities.

New Business Development Director

As a New Business Development Director, you will drive the development efforts within a geographic area and will focus on customers with transportation solution needs. You will be responsible for building new opportunities and will lead the sales cycle by coordinating information, activities and resources. You will act as a consultant to establish credibility with prospects through an understanding of their transportation challenges and present solutions.
