Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist in Green Bay to create engaging and informative content for Schneider’s internal associate portals. The Senior Communications Specialist will foster Schneider’s culture, brand and business objectives through communication. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Write and edit content to be used internally. 
  • Publish content to company portals and manage the expiration process of existing content using a web management system. 
  • Respond to emails from associates in a professional manner. 
  • Frequently meet with company stakeholders to better understand business needs. 
  • Collaborate with other content owners to find ways to repurpose content. 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field.
  • 2-4 years of writing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and content management systems.
  • Video production experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
