Overview

  • Haul 75% non-hazardous freight in tanker trailers.
  • Home three days every other weekend.

Pay and bonus potential

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

  • Earn up to $0.03 more per mile by obtaining additional CDL certifications.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • Tanker endorsement required at time of hire.
  • HazMat endorsement required after starting; Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
