Job overview: 

Schneider is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Green Bay to implement strategic account plans for Schneider’s customers. The Sales Account Manager will grow existing accounts by providing holistic service management, implementing strategic initiatives, conducting business reviews and solving billing issues. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Quote and negotiate prices for transportation services with customers. 
  • Provide excellent support and innovative solutions to meet the needs of customers. 
  • Hold regular business and service reviews and identify areas of opportunity. 
  • Manage daily load activities. 
  • Establish and adjust daily load targets within a geographic area. 
  • Monitor load fulfillment and develop actions to ensure variances are addressed. 
  • Update internal stakeholders on the performance of accounts. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. 
  • Outstanding customer service and selling skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
