Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Green Bay to lead recruiting efforts for various maintenance related roles within the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will develop and implement all recruiting-related programs and strategies for the team(s) they support. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle all recruiting-related activities, including marketing, direct sourcing, resume reviewing, phone screening, interview scheduling, consensus facilitating and offer creating. 
  • Lead innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans, such as social media campaigns, job postings and campus recruiting.  
  • Understand market conditions and create effective recruiting and compensation approaches. 
  • Provide recruiting expertise for new business initiatives, new market assessments and demographic research. 
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and coach them on recruiting processes. 
  • Develop a talent pipeline, recruit effectively and represent Schneider as a brand ambassador.   

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or related field. 
  • Three plus years of recruiting or human resources experience. 
  • Experience using behavioral-based interviewing techniques. 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to take initiative and be a self-starter.
