Schneider is seeking an Account Administrator in Green Bay to provide support to owner-operator truck drivers who lease a truck from Schneider’s semi-truck leasing business, SFI Trucks and Financing (SFI). The Account Administrator will screen potential clients, close deals and work with clients throughout their truck lease. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Solicit and screen client applications and make qualifications decisions. 
  • Conduct application reviews and client interviews to determine the likelihood of success. 
  • Assist clients with determining the right truck for their business. 
  • Monitor and coach clients to help them maximize their business revenue and minimize their operating expenses. 
  • Help clients solve business-related problems as they arise, including truck maintenance concerns. 
  • Provide opportunities to clients to upgrade to newer trucks. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience. 
  • Knowledge of tractor-trailers, trucking operations and/or transportation equipment financing. 
  • Knowledge of effective legal collection practices and bankruptcy administration. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
